Prices

Prices listed are subject to change without notice, however wherever possible one month's notice will be provided.

Quantities

Our moulding sticks are usually packed in pairs and there is some variation in the length of each stick. Sticks are usually about 2.7m to 2.8m long. If a customer orders a quantity of moulding then we will supply (and charge) enough pairs to at least match the quantity ordered. For example a customer who orders 4m will usually receive and be charged for 2 sticks of approximately 5.5m in total.

Customers who don't want to receive and be charged for any excess moulding should use the chop service option. When using that option please be clear about the measurements.

Payment Terms

Where accounts have been authorised, payment terms are strictly 30 days nett. Payments for COD customers will need to be cleared prior to goods being dispatched. Payments may be made through direct electronic transfer to the following account:

Account Name: Triart Australia Pty Ltd

BSB: 063-124

Account number: 1056-2084

A 2.5% early settlement discount applies for accounts settled with 7 days.

Freight

Freight is payable by the customer unless alternative arrangements have been authorised by Triart. The website does not attempt to calculate freight as it is difficult to do accurately. If you have concerns about freight then please contact us to request an estimate.

Returns and Claims

Customers must advise Triart in writing of any claim for damaged or faulty goods with 7 days of the date of the invoice. Where goods have obviously been damaged in transit then the customer must note this on the proof of delivery document. All claims will be subject to investigation by Triart before a decision is made.
