CUTTING TEMPLATE
To produce a perfect base, hand cut templates are made with the highest degree of accuracy to ensure that the ‘Compo’ filling, is applied to each moulding in exactly the same thickness. | |  |

GILDING
The hand gilding process, is one which takes many years to perfect. There is a high skill involved in the laying on of gold leaf, overlapping the seams, and then rubbing into one continuous and attractive, gilded finish. | |  |

MIXING PAINTS
The unique colours and finishes found in a Triart moulding, can only be achieved by the time honoured mixing of our pigments and patinas. The blending of subtle colours, enables any type of artwork to be complimented by the right moulding. | |  |

COLOURING
The application of base colours and top finishes, is done entirely by hand. The skill of maintaining consistency is achieved by either using brushes, or rags to apply the various paints, solutions and sealants, which all create that unique character and built in quality. | |  |

PACKING
Our personal service extends to each moulding being carefully, and individually wrapped, before being dispatched to our customers. Hand packing also ensures that there is another final quality control check in the process. | |  |
